Our story
From a first-floor counter to the region's leading distributor.
Supra's story began in 1998, when our founder — an electronics engineer back home in Jagdalpur — turned a side venture in telecom into a calling. From PCO billing systems and Sharp office equipment to a small mobile-phone counter opened above the family clinic in 2003, the business grew alongside Bastar's own appetite for technology.
By 2006 we had taken on mobile distribution for south Bastar, and in July 2009 our retail and distribution arms merged to form Supra Celltech Pvt. Ltd. Samsung has been at the heart of our growth ever since — through the smartphone boom and on into IT, lighting and home appliances.

Sameer Bal
An electronics engineer from Nagpur University with honours in industrial management and telecommunication, and former HOD of Electronics & Telecommunication at Govt. Women's Polytechnic, Jagdalpur. He founded and built Supra in Bastar from 1998.
Dr. Sonali Bal
A dental surgeon from Ratlam, and among the first doctors in Chhattisgarh with a diploma in laser cosmetology. Co-director of Supra Celltech and the doctor who leads Supra Polyclinic.
